2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent course access or proper functioning.
- Course cancellations initiated by ArtFina Marathi.
3. Refund Request Process
- Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the transaction date.

4. Cancellation Fees
A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Payment Method: Refunds will be reversed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not eligible if the student has completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Refunds are not eligible if the transaction was for a digital download.
